Those of you calling the office to speak to us will probably already have had the pleasure of speaking to our newest SMB team member Emma Bower, who joined us last October. She has been busy learning all she can about bearings & has now officially passed her probation.
Its an amazing challenge to learn all the technical aspects of bearings, especially in a busy office environment, but Emma is doing an amazing job & is still smiling, mores the miracle! Even our esteemed leader Chris (whose been in the bearing trade since the 1980's) commented:
"it takes longer than you think to get to grips with bearings. I'm still learning (a bit)!!" :-)

Emma is now responsible for fielding your sales enquiries by phone, fax & email, processing your orders, general office administration & a host of other day to day responsibilities
& quite frankly we'd be lost without her!
